Having a profound love of the colors used in many Renaissance frescoes, I could not stop thinking of the works of Piero Della Francesca (1415 - 1492) with their bold rich colors and strong sculptural forms. The finished painting of this composition is called "Locus Balance." The subtle shifts in color light of the green and blue disc offset the darker blue and red formed sphere making this a balance of form and shape.
